In need of new, exciting thoughts, inspirational recipes that We have never used before, to impress my family with. Searching for a while but could not come across too many interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this delightful and easy treat simply by chance. The dessert seemed so fabulous on its snapshot, that required rapid action.
It had been easy to imagine how it's made, how it tastes and just how much boyfriend will probably enjoy it. Mind you, it is rather simple to impress the man when it comes to cakes. Anyhow, I visited the site: Suncakemom and then used the comprehensive instuctions that have been coupled with impressive photographs of the task. It just makes life less difficult. I could imagine that it is a slight effort to shoot photographs down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you ordinarily have sticky hands so that i highly appreciate the time and effort she placed in to make this post and recipe easily followed.
With that in mind I am empowered presenting my personal recipe similarly. Many thanks the thought.
I was tweaking the original recipe create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must say it turned out a terrific success. Thus the next time I'm not going to make the same miscalculation. I'm going to twin the quantity .

Healthy chocolate donuts recipe to make your weekend sweeter.
Chocolate doughnuts, well, to be precise mini doughnuts coated in chocolate and sprinkles would make your day special and sweet.
When I woke up this morning and looked out of the window I was a bit disappointed as the weather wasn't really nice to start a weekend with. We were planning to go for a picnic to the lake nearby but the rain and unfriendly breeze changed our plan. So to cheer ourselves up and make the most of it, I headed to the kitchen to make something truly delicious on this gloomy day. My son was begging me all week for doughnuts but normally on a weekday, I can't get around to make them. So it was the perfect time now.
I always use the same recipe for basic doughnuts so I only had to change some bits. As today we definitely needed not only basic ones but bite size chocolatey ones.
Ingredients are almost the same as in the healthy donouts recipe :
Dough:
Frying:
0.3 litres sunflower or olive oil (do not use extra virgin olive oil to fry as it would leave doughnuts with a very strong after taste.)
You will also need a big frying pan with lid (to fry doughnuts); a small and a medium size saucepan (to melt chocolate).
How to make bite size chocolate doughnuts:
To begin with its almost the same as basic doughnuts:
1. Pour half of the lukewarm milk into a medium cup, add honey and yeast to it.
3. In the meantime put the rest of the ingredients into a big bowl. When yeast is bubbly, pour milk from the cup into the bowl, too.
4. Knead until you get a smooth dough. Then cover and leave it in a warm place for at least 20 minutes to rise (if you have more time you can leave it longer).
6. Use your smallest circle cookie cutter to cut out bite size doughnuts.
7. Leave them covered in a draft-free, warm spot for another 20 minutes to rise again.
8. Fill frying pan with oil and heat until sizzles. Don't put doughnut into oil before it's not hot enough. Be patient.
9. Place doughnuts into the frying pan and put the lid on top. Be careful, hot oil can burn you badly. They float to the top and puff up quickly.
10. Flip them over to the other side by using a metal fork. When they are golden brown, take them out onto a kitchen towel to drain a bit.
11. Prepare chocolate: Break it into little pieces and place pieces in a small saucepan over a slightly bigger pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until chocolate is melted.
12. Stick drained doughnut onto a metal fork and dip one side into the melted chocolate.
13. Leave chocolate coated doughnuts on a plate with the chocolatey bit facing upwards. Sprinkle and put them in a cool place to let the chocolate dry. - Comments: 0

Let's follow one another! Our accounts: Davey B and Howie Fox
Welcome to Week #1 of our Freeletics Journal. Inside our review we talked the talk. Now we're going to walk the walk.
A couple of days ago Howie and I started a massive challenge - to get into the form of our lives. No excuses, no pussying around. Our purpose here's to chart and share our experiences, successes, failures, discomfort and gains. You want to instill inspiration, we want to motivate, and we want to make mistakes so you need not.
In the event that you haven't already, check out our introduction to Freeletics here - we explain at length what it really is and how it works.
So, without further ado. Week #1.
After finishing the fitness test and inputting my height, weight, and gender I used to be asked to choose the variety of workout days I needed per week. Sense optimistic, I selected 4. I figured this might certainly be adequate to keep me active while still leaving me with spare days if I fancied hitting the gym on top, or going for a run.
Or, as it proved, recovering. Freeletics is certainly tough. It'll perhaps you have sweating, cursing and gasping for surroundings. But as I realised halfway through my first ‘Apollon' workout it'll also have you swearing. Swearing to be fitter and stronger so it under no circumstances feels as though this again.
As mentioned with this review , ‘The Coach' tailor makes an individual training scheme for you personally. As I expected, it included a huge mixture of press ups, draw ups, sit ups, burpees, jumps and some running.
‘Apollon' was the initial full workout thrown in me. To give you a more comprehensive feel for it, it consists of doing 25 burpees, after that working 400m, 50 squats and another 400m. Three times! It had been as hard as you'd expect, and one of the biggest challenges to get over was the fact that you're doing squats and burpees outside. My working path is fairly busy - therefore there is certainly an audience.
However I quickly realised that this inhibition of working out with strangers around is proportionally linked to exercise fatigue. In the first place I was timid, nervous actually; after 50 burpees, 100 squats and a few hundred metres run as fast as I possibly could I realised I didn't give a flying toss whether people noticed me or not really. I was pressing myself, exhausting my body - and I adored it.
Week #1 included a complete of 4 workout days targeting various muscle tissues groups and actions, and I did so all of them. My only meat was that one day included pull ups and you need a bar on their behalf. I knew I had 1 from my younger times kicking around in the attic therefore i enthusiastically hopped upstairs to obtain it but after splintering the entranceway frame I remembered why I'd place it away. I had been pressured to swap out the pull ups for a few other exercises. I did so press ups plus some bicep curls instead - nearly the same muscle groups but as the clock was ticking I needed to crack on and place a great time!
Each and every time If anything else tickles your fancy then visit homemade mayonnaise recipe that may be certainly one of my favourite page. you repeat a good work out in Freeletics you're challenged to beat your time and post a PB (personal best). As this is my initial week everything was a PB, but I wanted of the same quality a time as possible - Howie and I are contending against one another of course! It's a great incentive to force onwards when you're feeling tired.
You also get ‘stars' for performing every workout with perfect technique. I'm going to explore that further in Week#2, so watch this space. I also were able to find a patio football (soccer for you guys on the far side of the fish pond) goal I possibly could use for draw ups.
Clicking ‘Surface finish Week' (available after completing your weekly exercises) is a superb feeling. I sensed I'd worked really hard for it, and had been getting excited about Week#2. Once more you decide on your quantity of workout days, your focus (strength, cardio or both) and whether you felt the previous week was hard but ok, as well easy or too difficult. I plumped for hard but ok, and another 4 times. With a content, enthusiastic and as it turned out totally inadvisable and naive smile I clicked ‘Surface finish Week' and allow Coach perform his stuff.

Simple to make no sugar, gluten free almond cake
Simple to make gluten free almond cake is perfect for any weekend, especially now as it’s we’re getting close to Christmas.

Simple to make gluten free almond cake if you fancy something delicious and homemade for the festive season.

As it’s Christmas time I feel an inner obligation for baking, baking and more baking. So my family is literally spoilt rotten. This week I’m experiencing with coconut, almond and chocolate based cakes, cookies and muffins. All of them are glutenfree and refined sugarfree.
Ingredients:

50 grams shredded coconut
120 grams almond flour
30 grams flaxseed
Spoonful baking powder
4 medium size eggs
0.1 litres coconut milk
1 tablespoon agave syrup or other sweetener of your choice

Cream:

250 grams mascarpone
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon agave syrup

How to make it:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.

2. Measure ingredients. If you don’t have almond flour, you can always grind almonds. Which is my method to gain almond flour, easy and hassle free.

3. Grind flaxseed.

4. Break and separate eggs. Put egg whites to a medium size mixing bowl. Keep yolks apart.

5. Beat egg whites until hard peaks form.

6. Add yolks to the whites slowly one by one whilst you keep beating the whites.

7. Add dry ingredients and coconut milk to the batter alternating the two.

8. Mix until the batter is smooth and the ingredients are incorporated nicely.

9. Pour batter into the cake form and put it into the pre-heated oven for half an hour to bake.

10. After half an hour check it with a toothpick if it’s baked. (Poke toothpick into the cake and if it comes out without anything sticking on it, the cake is ready to come out of the oven.) Baking time always depends on your oven as each oven is a bit different.

11. Whilst the cake base is baking, use your time to make the cream.

12. Put mascarpone, unsweetened cocoa powder and the sweetener of your choice (in my case it’s agave syrup) into a medium size mixing bowl.

13. Beat them together until the cream is soft. - Comments: 0

No bake cheesecake recipe that you can prepare fast without turning the oven on and you only need 5 ingredients.
Summer is approaching fast leaving us with the option to enjoy cold desserts and giving us wide range of fruit we can choose making our sweet treats with.
I've been to the farmers market today and I was lucky enough to find freshly harvested apricots. Of course I couldn't miss to buy some.
So anybody can guess, today's dessert is made with delicious apricots.
No bake cheesecake recipe with apricot topping soooooo good you must try.
Ingredients:
600 grams Cream cheese (I love using Philadelphia cream cheese)
1 spoonful honey (optionally Agave syrup you can substitute honey if you have allergies or any kind of intolerance using honey)
How to make delicious no bake cheesecake recipe with apricot:
Before getting the ingredients prepare medium size round cake tin. Cover it with tinfoil.
In the meantime you have some time to multitask. Put digestive biscuits into a bowl where you can crush them into small crumbs.
Soften butter by putting it into the microwave oven for 20 seconds (400W). You might not need to soften butter if it's originally out of the fridge and soft.
Mix soft butter with the biscuit crumbs until you get a well combined mixture.
Spread crust mixture into the cake tin until it's evenly flat. Press it down as much as you can.
Beat cream cheese and honey until soft. (Optionally you can put vanilla extract to the batter if you fancy.)
Spoon cream in the middle of the biscuit base and spread outwards to the edges.
Decorate it with slightly cooked apricots.
Set no bake cheesecake in the fridge overnight.
Slice and eat it as soon as it's out of the fridge. If you happen to have some leftover, don't forget to pop it back to the fridge until next time.
Enjoy! - Comments: 0

Chocolate spongecake with creamy topping is simple to make and you can't really go wrong with it. It's only a couple of step to follow to have a delicious, decadent dessert to serve.
One of the secrets of airy, light chocolate spongecake relies on the beaten eggs. Find out more tips, follow step by step instructions, read the tricks how to make this delightful dessert.
Ingredients:
50 grams butter
0.1 litres water
150 grams flour
2 spoonfuls of unsweetened cocoa powder
Filling:
Instructions:
1. Separate egg whites from the yolks one by one. Use a small cup to do it so. It is important not to have any yolk where you put the egg whites. Put them in two different medium sized bowls where you can beat them later. Make sure there is not even a drop of yolk in the bowl where put the egg whites. So if a tiny bit of yolk accidentally gets into it try to take it out or use it for something else.
(Tip: Separate eggs as soon as you take them out of the fridge as they can be separated easier when they're cold.)
2. Slice butter and place it into the bowl where the yolks are. Put one spoonful of fructose (optionally sugar) in that mixing bowl too.
3. Measure flour. Put the unsweetened cocoa powder and the baking powder into the same measuring bowl and mix dry ingredients well.
4. Put the other spoonful of fructose or sugar into the bowl with the whites. Beat the egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form. At this stage, the tips of the egg whites will curl when the beaters are lifted. (Tip: Don't lift beaters unless it's turned off.) Peaks have to be stiff.
6. Fold ingredients: the egg whites into flour yolk mixture. Use a wooden spoon or a spatula to cut vertically through the mixture. Move it around the bottom of the bowl bring it back up. Carrying some of the mixture from the bottom up to the surface.
7. Prepare baking tray by using baking sheets or cover it with some butter and flour. I always use baking sheets to cover the tray as it's totally hassle free.
9. Whilst cake is baking prepare topping. Pour whipping cream, vanilla extract and honey into a medium sized bowl and whisk it until stiff. Don't leave it out in any warm place. Put it aside in the fridge and only take it out when cake is ready and cool.
Let it cool down.
Then as a final touch sprinkle unsweetened cocoa powder on top. Use sieve to make the top cocoa cover even and to avoid dropping lumps of cocoa powder on your almost ready to serve chocolate spongecake.
Put it in the fridge for an hour before serving it. - Comments: 0

Enjoy this sugar free rice pudding recipe for weekdays or weekends whenever you feel like having a treat.
Have you ever fancied a little treat but didn't feel like spending time in the kitchen preparing it for a long time? Have your kids nagged you to get some delicious dessert and you didn't want to give them chocolate?
This fruity rice pudding recipe is a nice alternative if you want to have something healthy, sweet, delicious, easy to prepare and ready in a bit more than 20 minutes.
What you'll need:
2 cups of water
3 cups of milk
A spoonful of honey to sweeten it (you can use more honey if you have a sweet tooth)
200 grams of various fruits of your choice
Optional: 1/2 cup of whipping cream for decoration
How to make it:
2. Cook it in medium to low heat, stir time to time. Do not let the rice to stick at the bottom of the saucepan as after that it can burn fast and believe me, burnt rice hasn't got pleasant taste.
3. Keep cooking it until you see only a little bit of liquid on the top. Then turn the heat off and put the lid on top of the saucepan. Leave it until the rice soaked in all the liquid.
4. In the meantime wash and dry fruits you want to use then chop them as small as you wish. This time I used strawberries.
5. Check rice if it's cooked properly. It should be soggy and soft. (If it's too hard you might want to pour a bit more milk into the saucepan and leave it longer.)
(In the meantime whip cream if you use any.)
6. When rice is cooked, start putting them into bowls. I usually make layers: rice, fruit, rice, fruit, whipped cream, fruit.
7. When you finished pop them in the fridge to cool or serve them straight. It's up to your preferences.
Hot summer days we like it cold from the fridge.
In winter I serve it without whipped cream straight after it is ready. - Comments: 0

As I most recently have some time, I was looking on the internet the other day. Looking to find fresh, challenging tips, inspirational meals that I've never tested before, to delight my loved ones with. Looking for a while but couldn't discover any interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came across this scrumptious and simple dessert by chance over Suncakemom. It looked so delicious on its photos, that required rapid actions.
It was not so difficult to imagine how it's created, how it tastes and how much boyfriend will probably like it. Mind you, it is quite easy to impress the man in terms of puddings. Anyways, I visited the webpage and followed the detailed instuctions which were accompanied by nice images of the procedure. It just makes life faster and easier. I can imagine that it's a bit of a hassle to shoot photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you typically have gross hands thus i genuinely appreciate the commitment she put in for making this blogpost .
Having said that I am inspired presenting my personal dishes in a similar way. Thanks for the thought.
I had been tweaking the main formula create it for the taste of my family. I can tell you it absolutely was a great success. They loved the taste, the thickness and enjoyed getting a treat like this in the middle of a hectic week. They basically asked for even more, many more. Hence the next occasion I'm not going to make the same mistake. I am going to double the quantity .

Cheese straws best ever recipe. Great appetiser and a fun party hit. Simple to make with easy to follow instructions.
Cheese straws are truly perfect to serve for game nights when you want to enjoy matches and tunnel your over-excitement by nibbling on something delicious and gulping it down with some summer drink.
Not only that but cheese straws are also ideal for kids parties if you fancy serving something homemade savoury snack for the children or their parents.
For kids parties, I simply modify the shape of the straws, making them wavy and stick two raisins as eyes at one of the ends of the straws so they look like little wiggly worms. Children just love it.
You don't need to think or prepare a lot to make them and they taste fabulous.
So here is the best recipe how to make them:
Ingredients:
A pinch of salt as you like it
200 grams cheese (I use randomly any kind of cheese that I find in the fridge but our favourite cheese straws are made with Cheddar.)
You will also need:
How to make the best cheese straws:
1. Measure flour and put it in a medium bowl with a pinch of salt in what you want to knead it.
2. Measure and dice butter.
3. Grate cheese and put it aside in a bowl for later.
4. Mix butter with flour. Use your fingertips to rub in the butter until lumps are all gone.
Now the texture should look like breadcrumbs.
5. Stir in the egg and add a couple of tablespoons (3-4 depending on the texture) of water to the mixture.
6. Knead it into a firm dough. Now it should look like something like this:
8. Preheat oven to 180 C degree.
9. Cover tray with baking sheet.
10. Transfer strips carefully onto the tray.
11. Sprinkle grated cheese on each straw.
(If you're making the wiggly worms for kids party, it's time to put raisin eyes at the end of the cheese covered straws too.)
12. Put tray into the pre-heated oven and bake cheese straws for 10-15 minutes, until crisp.
13. Take tray out when cheese melted and golden brown then leave to cool on the tray.
